Ela Minus Makes Domino Debut With Video for New Song: Watch

Colombia-born, Brooklyn-based artist Ela Minus has released the music video for a new song “they told us it was hard, but they were wrong.” Directed by Will Dohrn, the video begins with an homage to the Andes mountain range of Minus’ home country. The single is her first for new label Domino; check it out below.
In a press release, Ela Minus said of her new track, “When everything is taken from us, the ability to choose our attitude and create our own path forward is the only certainty we have.” She continued, “We have no control over anything except ourselves.”
Ela Minus was set to perform at the April 2020 edition of the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival. She is still on the bill for both weekends of the rescheduled October festival.
